Curtains in the two bedrooms have been damaged and the walls blackened. The deaths have caused shock in the neighbourhood.
Neighbours' shock
One neighbour, who declined to give her name, said: "Nobody round here saw anything or heard anything last night, which is really strange.
"We can't believe what's happened because no-one saw the fire or any fire engines.
"The woman who lives there had been there for about 12 months. No one round here knew her very well because she didn't really mix with the other residents."

A neighbour said: "It's horrible, absolutely horrible.
"I don't really know the woman really, but my little sister plays with her kids and they seemed nice people.
"It's a waste, it is a waste. Poor little kids, as well. It's horrible."
