One of the fatalities is believed to be a teenager. The women, thought to be in their late teens or early 20s, were pronounced dead at the scene.
The group were in a Vauxhall Corsa when the accident happened at around 2130 BST on the B4560 Llangynidr to Beaufort road. No other vehicle was involved. They were in a Vauxhall Corsa car which went off the B4560, close to the Brecon Beacons National Park, at around 2100 BST on Thursday.
