Three people have been arrested by police in connection with the death of a 26-year-old man in Dunfermline, Fife. Three people have appeared in court in connection with the death of a 26-year-old man in Dunfermline, Fife.

Two men, aged 25 and 29, and a woman, 23, are due to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court. Shaun Mitchell, 29, and Clare Buchanan, 23, are charged with assault to danger of life. Gavin Kirkcaldy, 25, is accused of culpable and reckless conduct.
No pleas or declarations were made at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Both men were remanded in custody and the woman was released on bail. All three accused are from the Fife area.
