The fire began at the home in Morriston at midnight and badly damaged the first and second floors of the building. The blaze broke out at a home on Llangwm estate, near Penplas, in Penlan at midnight.
A man and woman were both taken to hospital and the family dog was also rescued by firefighters. The first and second floors have been badly damaged and a man and woman have been taken to hospital. The pet dog was also rescued.
