A Cambridgeshire police spokeswoman said: "Police and BT have been liaising concerning the provision of a telephone service for the village. | |
"BT have now confirmed that by tomorrow afternoon a service will be resumed. In the meantime there will be extra police patrols in the village. | |
"If any technical problems are experienced once the phone service resumes, residents are advised to contact BT." |
