Dane Michael Martin, 18, of Strand Foyer, Ryan Matthew Martin, 20, Barrs Lane and Patrick Daniel Callaghan, 38, no fixed abode, deny the charges. Two accused denied the charge while Patrick Daniel Callaghan, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted sole responsibility.
