A man has been killed in a two-car crash on the A90 north of Dundee on Friday evening. A man has died after a car crossed the central reservation on a main road andhit an oncoming vehicle, police said.
Police said that the collision happened on the northbound carriageway about 500 metres south of the Petterden junction, shortly before 2000 BST. A black BMW was heading south on the A90 near Dundee on Friday evening when it crossed over to the other side and hit a silver Ford Fiesta heading north. Tayside Police said the male Ford Fiesta driver died as a result of the crash, and two others were injured. The accident happened about 500 metres south from the Petterden junctionof the A90, at about 2000 BST.
Officers said a black BMW travelling south crossed the central reservation and collided with a silver Ford Fiesta which was traveling north.
One man died and two other people were injured and taken to hospital.
