After the hearing, Kamilah's family issued a statement through Greater Manchester Police paying tribute to their "princess".
"We want to express what a painful and difficult time we are facing coming to terms with the premature death of our beloved Kamilah," it read.
"Kamilah, our princess, a natural-born entertainer. You had great aspirations in the field of dance, music, sport and medicine.
"Your wishes of being an organ donor have been fulfilled. Even in death you chose to help others."
Kamilah had excelled in "everything she attempted", the family said.
The statement added: "You had the ability to bring the sunshine into a room when you smiled.
"With our love and promises we will keep you deep in our hearts forever. You were an inspiration to us all.
"Rest in peace princess."
