A bomb has been defused outside a house in County Tyrone. A woman whose County Tyrone home was targeted by bombers has said she feared for the safety of her family.
It was found in a garden at Primrose Park in Sion Mills at about 1915 BST on Monday and was made safe by the Army. A bomb was defused outside the Sion Mills home of Mary McCrea - a former member of the District Policing Partnership in Strabane - on Monday.
It followed a similar incident in Primrose Park area on Sunday, which police said was linked.
Mrs McCrea said she feared that her family could have been hurt or killed in the incident.
"The only thing that was going through my head was that I was worrying about my grandchild - and I had another grandchild in my house with me," she said.
"It was going through my head that somebody could be so callous.
"But then it wasn't left there for the bomb disposal unit to come but for somebody to pick up - that was their aim."
The device was found in her garden at about 1915 BST on Monday and was made safe by the Army.
