One person killed in house fire Child dies in early morning fire

A person has died in a fire at a house which broke out in Northamptonshire in the early hours of the morning. A child has died in a fire at a house which broke out in Wellingborough, Northants, in the early hours.
About 20 firefighters were called out to the blaze at the house in Fulmer Lane, Wellingborough, just before 0300 GMT on Monday. A man, woman and two other children escaped from the blaze at the house in Fulmer Lane and were taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke.
Police and firefighters were still at the scene at 0600 GMT but there were no further details about the fire. More than 20 firefighters were called to deal with the incident.
Fire investigation officers and police are investigating the cause of the blaze. Scenes of crime officers and forensic investigators are currently at the scene to try to find out the cause of the fire.
