A man has died after he was struck by a car in County Antrim. Police have released the name of the man who died after being struck by a car in County Antrim.
It happened on Gortahar Road in Rasharkin shortly after 1915 GMT on Wednesday. The driver was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. Hugh Glass, 46, from the Rasharkin area died following the accident on the Gortahar Road in the village shortly after 1915 GMT on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the name of a pensioner who was killed crossing the road in County Fermanagh on Tuesday has been released. The driver was taken to hospital but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
