Three people are believed to have been injured in an explosion at a hotel in Aberdeenshire. Two men and a woman have been injured in an explosion at a hotel in Aberdeenshire, police said.
One person was rescued from the rubble and is believed to have suffered back injuries in the blast at the Drumtochty Arms hotel in Auchenblae. Part of the rear of the Drumtochty Arms hotel in Auchenblae collapsed after the blast at about 1730 GMT.
The building is said to have partially collapsed in the incident just before 1730 GMT. The condition of the other injured people is not known. Everyone who was in the hotel has now been accounted for. Police said the injuries to three people were not thought to be life-threatening.

Insp Nicoll added that the injured people were expected to be taken to either Aberdeen Royal Infirmary or Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. A local resident, who did not want to be named, said: "I was sitting in my house, and I heard a massive bang and the whole house shook.
"I thought something had happened upstairs.
"I went outside later and it was like a circus, with an ambulance, police and fire engines.
"The main road is taped off and my road, just down from the hotel, is closed."
