Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they are searching for after a 14-year-old girl was raped on New Year's Day. A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of raping a 14-year-old girl on New Year's Day.

Police have urged anyone who recognises the suspect to contact them. A Lancashire Police spokesman said a man from Nelson was currently in custody.
