A second woman was also injured in the attack and was taken to hospital before later being discharged. He was seen immediately before the incident wearing a wig and mask, police said. A second woman was also injured.
Detectives at Scotland Yard said they were not currently looking for anyone else in connection with the inquiry. She suffered a minor stab wound to the shoulder and was taken to hospital before being discharged.

Police said the incident took place at an office, located above a shop, which is registered to St George's College. Detectives at Scotland Yard said the suspect knew the dead woman, who has not yet been named.

Det Ch Insp Bob Mahoney said: "The suspect was seen immediately before the incident in the local area wearing a black curly wig and a Phantom of the Opera-style face mask."
The first officers at the scene disarmed the suspect of a knife he was holding, police added.
