Mr Bonomo and Gabriel Ferez were stabbed hundreds of times during a prolonged attack at the rented bedsit.
Daniel Sonnex, 23, from Peckham, south London, and Nigel Farmer, 33, of no fixed abode, have been charged with the murders.
Both Mr Sonnex and Mr Farmer have also been charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Mr Farmer faces an additional charge of arson.
