The Kilkeel lifeboat has been launched and is on its way to help a yacht in trouble on the Irish Sea. A yacht with three people on board is in trouble on the Irish Sea, the RNLI has said.

The Clogherhead lifeboat has also been launched. It is believed that three people are on board the yacht, but no more details are available at present. A lifeboat from Kilkeel has reached the yacht and is awaiting the arrival of another boat from Clogherhead.
