On the second occasion, the woman said Mr Williams forced his way into her home and told her he had a gun.
She said: "I did think he was going to kill me that night."
Again, he taped her hands and mouth before taking her into a bedroom and sexually assaulting her, before making her watch the pornographic film.
She said: "He was walking up and down the living room talking to himself and at certain points he'd forward it and make it stop, and whatever the woman was doing... that's what he'd force me to do."
The woman told police that she managed to escape and raise the alarm at a neighbour's house.
On 12 July 2007 - the day Beverley Samuels and her children were killed - she said the defendant telephoned her saying he wanted to hand himself in.
She dialled 999 and told police where he was.
