The Register references News Sniffer
Friday, November 14th, 2008 at 8:05 pmThe Register used News Sniffer’s Revisionista to track the changes of a BBC article on the ID cards.
The report’s revision history, documented by News Sniffer, takes us on an impressive Odyssey from “Smith to unveil airport ID scheme”, through “Shops may take ID Card biometrics” to the final sales-pitch version, cunningly deniabled with quote marks.

I’ve found that Watch Your Mouth is not picking up Rejected comments correctly. In a recent debate on falling house prices:

I had the following comment rejected:
DEBATE: Are you worried about the value of your home falling?
SENT: 10-Mar-2009 14:59
COMMENT:
In my experience, the BBC appears to be the most worried about house price falls. I know a number of letting agents in the Shepherds Bush and White City renting out buy-to-let properties owned by BBC staff.
According those letting agents, the BBC has reason to be worried.
COMMENT STATUS: Rejected
Now – can you spot which of the house rules I’ve broken? Me neither – the comment seems to me to be relevant and unoffensive, if a little (how should I put this) ‘off message’?
