Photos released as investigation into Taff baby continues

Detectives investigating the discovery of a baby's body in Cardiff's River Taff have released photographs of a sheet and towel used to wrap him in.

An investigation took place after the newborn boy's body was discovered on 23 June.

Officers are still appealing for the mother to come forward to ensure she receives proper medical attention and is safe and well.

Det Insp Mark O'Shea urged her to contact her GP or midwifery team.
