Two soldiers from the Royal Regiment of Scotland have been charged with the possession of explosives for an unlawful purpose. | |
Colour Sergeant Garry Graham, 36, from Kilmarnock, and Kieran Campbell, 27, from the Strathclyde area, are due to appear at Folkstone Magistrates Court. | |
They were arrested at Howe Barracks in Canterbury, Kent, along with a female civilian who has been freed on bail. | |
