Soldiers charged over explosives | |

Two soldiers from the Royal Regiment of Scotland have been charged with the possession of explosives for an unlawful purpose. | |
Colour Sergeant Garry Graham, 36, from Kilmarnock, and Kieran Campbell, 27, from the Strathclyde area, are due to appear at Folkstone Magistrates Court. | |
They were arrested at Howe Barracks in Canterbury, Kent, along with a female civilian who has been freed on bail. | |
Four men have also been arrested in the Strathclyde area. | |
The soldiers serve with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, currently based in Canterbury. | |
Strathclyde Police said the arrests were part of a joint operation with Kent Police. | |
