West Belfast bomb find: Man freed pending report

A man who was arrested after a bomb was recovered by police in west Belfast has been released.

The device was found during a planned search of a house in Lenadoon Avenue at about 20:00 BST on Friday.

About 10 homes were evacuated while army bomb officers made the improvised explosive device safe.

The man was released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
