Crew and passengers from the Riverdance were rescued on 31 January, as it was hit by a freak wave in the Irish Sea while heading to the Lancashire coast. On his arrival at Valley, Mr Brown was presented by Anglesey council with a painting of the 12th Century St Cwyfan?s Churchl.
A helicopter crew from the RAF base on Valley was involved in the operation. The painting, by local artist, Keith Andrew, shows the "church in the sea?, which is perched on a rocky inlet at Cwyfan Bay and is only accessible at low tide.
