A woman has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following an incident in Cardiff. Police are hunting a 47-year-old man after a woman was stabbed in Cardiff.
Part of Penarth Road in Grangetown was closed but has now reopened, while there is still a police presence at a nearby school. South Wales Police said they were investigating an "ongoing domestic-related incident" after the assault just before 10:30 BST.

Acting Supt Jim Hall, from Cardiff Bay police station, said: "This was a serious incident and we are doing all we can to locate the suspect.
"However, I want to reassure the public that this was an isolated incident and there is no wider danger to the general public.
"Anyone with any information concerning this incident is asked to call 999 immediately."
