Several roads in Cardiff centre will be closed on Thursday as the Queen visits the Millennium Stadium. The Queen will present The Royal Welsh regiment with new colours when she visits Cardiff later on Thursday.
She will present new colours to The Royal Welsh Regiment and 600 soldiers will march from Cardiff Castle to the stadium. The honour formally recognises The Royal Welsh, who were formed in 2006 following the merger of three Welsh regiments.
Six-hundred soldiers will march from Cardiff Castle to the Millennium Stadium for the ceremony.
The events mean several roads in Cardiff centre will be closed.
