Police investigating the murder of Irish student Karen Buckley, who was killed in Glasgow in April, are trying to identify a potential witness.
Police investigating the murder of Irish student Karen Buckley in Glasgow have traced a woman they believe may be a potential witness to their inquiry.
The young woman was seen at about 00:30 on Sunday 12 April on Dumbarton Road near the Gallus Pub before walking along Church Street.
A CCTV image of the young woman was issued earlier along with details of her movements in the city on 12 April.
Ms Buckley, 24, went missing following a night out at the Sanctuary nightclub in Glasgow on 11 April.

Ms Buckley, who was from Cork, went missing following a night out at the Sanctuary nightclub in Glasgow's west end on 11 April.
The woman police want to trace got into a Hackney taxi on Byres Road, which drove off towards Great Western Road.
Her body was later found by police at High Craigton Farm, near Milngavie.
She is described as between 18 and 25 years old with long brown straight hair. She was wearing a short pink coloured dress, a fur jacket and was carrying a large brown shoulder bag.
Police Scotland said they wanted to trace a woman, described as between 18 and 25 years old, with long brown straight hair, who was seen near the Sanctuary nightclub.
Det Supt Jim Kerr, From Police Scotland, said: "Our extensive review of CCTV has identified this young lady near to the Sanctuary Nightclub and the footage indicates that she may have information that could assist with our investigation.
In a statement, the force said: "The woman in the CCTV image has now been traced. We would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance with this matter."
"I must stress that she is in no way connected with the death of Karen but she may have information that could assist with the investigation.
"I would appeal directly to the woman or anyone that recognises her from the image to get in touch with the incident room on 0141 532 5443."
Ms Buckley, a qualified nurse from County Cork, moved to Glasgow in February to study occupational therapy at Glasgow Caledonian University. She lived in the city's Garnethill area.
