Lil Wayne is under fire for attempting to fight a referee at a charity basketball game in St. Louis.

The New Orleans born rapper — commonly referred to as “Weezy” — was coaching during the 4th annual “Stop the Violence” Celebrity Basketball Game between Loose Cannon S.L.I.M. and his squad Young Money at the Chafitz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri.

Wayne allegedly chased around, screamed at and spit on the event’s referee after he botched several calls.

Police were eventually called to the scene and Lil Wayne was asked to leave the event. No charges or arrests were made.

Lil Wayne is also in a legal battle to release his 11th and reportedly final album the “Carter V.” He has filed a $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records over the delayed release.
