Woman admits killing stepfather

A woman who stabbed her stepfather to death after a St Valentine's night dinner with her mother ended in an arguement has admitted killing him.

Diana Louise Beckett, 21, had been charged with murdering Stephen Francis Robinson, 39, at Cullaghmore Road, Irvinestown, in 2006.

The murder charge was dropped when she pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Enniskillen Crown Court.

Judge Mr Justice Hart adjourned sentence until April.
