The woman, believed to be 32, was injured on Denmark Hill on Thursday morning. She was taken to hospital but died from her injuries in the evening. Esther Hartsilver, 32, was injured in the crash on Denmark Hill on Thursday morning.
The woman is the sixth cyclist who has died on the London's roads this year. HGVs have been involved every time. Ms Hartsilver, a senior physiotherapist, was taken to King's College Hospital, where she was a member of staff but died later, police said.
Meanwhile, in east London a unicyclist was badly hurt in a collision with a bus. Bystanders tried to lift it off him after he became trapped underneath. She is the sixth cyclist to die on London's roads this year. All have involved HGVs.
