The university began investigating the fraternity in March after reports surfaced of a private Facebook page that contained photos of nude women, some unconscious. "We agree completely that the conduct described in the statement is unacceptable," Joseph Rosenberg, executive director of Kappa Delta Rho National Fraternity. "We have initiated disciplinary proceedings against members accused of any wrongdoing, and have established educational programs and other measures, such as a hazing hotline, to address and prevent future misconduct."
Kappa Delta Rho "respects the university's decision" and will take actions necessary to reinstate the chapter back on campus after the three year period has passed, Rosenberg said.
