Dyfed-Powys Police are continuing to investigate the incident and are appealing for witnesses or anyone who saw cars travelling on the A485 between Peniel and Carmarthen, and the A40 between Abergwili and Pensarn, between about 00:10 and 00:16 BST on Monday, to come forward. |
