Police are expecting to find out later how a triple-murder suspect, whose body was found in woodland, died. The circumstances of a triple murder have become the focus of a police investigation after the body of the prime suspect was found.
The body of Jed Allen, 21, was discovered in a wooded area of Oxford on Monday after his half-sister, mother and her partner had been killed. A manhunt was launched for Jed Allen, 21, after he was suspected of killing his half-sister Derrin Jordon, aged six, his mother Janet Jordon, 48, and her partner Philip Howard, 44.

Detectives are yet to formally identify the body found in Marston Ferry Road, but are satisfied it is Allen. Allen's body was found in a wooded area of Oxford on Monday.

Investigations will now turn to the circumstances of the killings at the house in Vicarage Road that prompted the hunt for Allen across Oxfordshire. Post-mortem examination results into the deaths of his half-sister, his mother and her partner are expected to be released on Wednesday.
Following the discovery of the bodies at 20:20 BST, Thames Valley Police confirmed the 21-year-old was their prime suspect and appealed to the public to help trace him. Dates have yet to be set for the opening of the inquests, the coroner's office confirmed.
The search for Allen ended on Monday after a body was found off Marston Ferry Road in Oxford around 17:00 BST.
