Det Ch Insp Mick Warne said: "The incident was brought to a safe conclusion at about 2355 GMT when firearm officers discharged a baton round. | |

"The 43-year-old man, believed to be currently living in York, was arrested and taken to York District Hospital where he received treatment for minor injuries including bruising to his arms and a dog bite." | |
