Version 0 of 1.

So much of the campaigning ahead of the general election focussed on the main party leaders, it can be difficult to remember that the person you really voted for was your local MP.

That’s why we’ve created a handy widget that tells you not only who won in your constituency, but also who all the nominees were and what the result was last time.

The searchable tool also show turnouts at each constituency, along with the percentage of votes each candidate received.

Another way of finding a list of which parties and candidates were standing in each area is through YourNextMP.com.

The website lists candidates and allows users to click on their names to find out more details about them.

The website also offers details including links to their Twitter and Wikipedia pages.

And for those who would like to find out more about their local MP from the last Parliament, the website TheyWorkForYou.com is a simple way to check up on what each MP has been doing as an elected member.

The website keeps a record of each parliamentary vote and also allows users to find out about who is voted, and how, on specific issues.
