Herman "Louis" Simpson, 47, was found dead at his home in Compton Road on 13 April. Crimestoppers is offering the reward for information to trace Dylan Dwight Jackson, who is from the city. People were advised "not to approach Mr Jackson themselves", West Midlands Police said. The force said it was "still investigating a number of lines of inquiry". Crimestoppers said people who know where Mr Jackson was could contact the charity anonymously. |
