Decorated Easter eggs: share your photos
http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2015/apr/02/decorated-easter-eggs-share-your-photos Version 0 of 1. Are you decorating your own eggs this Easter? If so share your photos and videos of your designs. Whether you’ve boiled them with onion skins, used beeswax and dye, or simply painted them in your favourite colours, we’d love to see your creations. We’d also like to see how you are celebrating Easter or Passover. So whether you’re eating colomba or attending a Seder, share your photos, videos and stories with us. We’ll feature the most interesting in a gallery on the site. Here are a few examples: A traditional German Easter This German tradition from my childhood has "travelled" with me to England and is now just as much a part of every Easter for my own children .The large eggs have all been blown and hand painted by different members of the family. We like to use catkins best but any budding spring twigs will do. We usually have to paint few new ones every year to replace the ones the cats have made off with !
