Mr Bradley said the police visited the witness last week to warn him he was in danger.
"Only people with a vested interest in threatening this man's life... are those who are responsible for Paul's Quinn's murder," he said.
"This young man has been through huge trauma. A threat like this only adds greatly to that trauma.
Inquiry leads
"It is meant to say to people in the area, to give them the message not to co-operate with the investigation. So it is blatant intimidation."
Mr Bradley called on the Newry and South Armagh MP, Sinn Fein's Conor Murphy, to "go back to the IRA and ask them why they are issuing death threats" in an investigation "which they claim they had nothing to do with".
