Man held at gunpoint in robbery

A man has been held at gunpoint during a robbery at his house in Newry, County Down.

Two masked men went into the property in Chapel Street at about 2130 GMT on Monday.

They threatened the owner with a shotgun before making off with a substantial sum of money.

Police have appealed for anyone with information concerning the incident to contact them.
