Version 0 of 1.

A 17-year-old has been accused of the murder of a student, 18, who was fatally stabbed in a London street.

He is one of five people who were detained after Boduka Mudianga was attacked in Edmonton.

He is also accused of actual bodily harm on another teenager, who is in a stable condition in hospital after the attack on 21 January.

The accused is due before magistrates later. Three other suspects have been bailed and another is still in custody.

Mr Mudianga, known as Louis Boduka, was an art and design student at Southgate College.

A post-mortem examination revealed he died from a stab wound to the chest. He was the third teenager to be killed with a knife since the start of 2008.

A man, aged in his late teens, is still being quizzed by police. Three other males, aged 14, 16 and 20, have been bailed in connection with the inquiry.

Police believe there was "an altercation involving a number of males" before Mr Mudianga and the other victim were both stabbed in Silver Street or Warwick Road.

Officers are keen to trace two youths, wearing hooded tops, who were seen running into Warwick Road and a turquoise car seen on Sweet Briar Walk following the incident.
