A woman and her lover have been convicted of killing an eight-year-old girl in east London. A woman and her sadistic lover who created a cyber fantasy world have been convicted of killing her eight-year-old daughter.

The jury was told Muddar, of Green Lane, Ilford, invented a cast of characters on Facebook and in text messages to poison Chowdhury, of Broomfield Road, Chadwell Heath against her daughter.
Post-mortem examinations revealed Ayesha's died as a result of damage to the head from a blow or blows.
Her body was also covered in a range of other injuries including carpet burns and a bite-mark from her mother.
The jury, which retired on February 19, cleared the pair of murder found them guilty of manslaughter by a majority of 10-2 after deliberating for more than 31 hours.
