Police said there was an "altercation" during the lunch break at Holyrood Secondary School in south Glasgow. Police said two 14-year-old boys were hurt after a disturbance at about 13:20 close to Holyrood Secondary School in the Govanhill area of Glasgow.
One of the pupils was taken to hospital and the other had minor injuries. Officers said they were investigating the exact circumstances of the incident in Boyd Street, at the junction of Brereton Street, yards from the school.
