A man in his 50s has died following a two-vehicle crash on the A1 near Dromore, County Down. A 55-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash on the A1 near Dromore, County Down.
The A1 was closed between Dromore and Banbridge following the crash. The road was closed between Dromore and Banbridge following the crash which happened at about 07:15 GMT close to Halfway Road.
The PSNI says northbound traffic has been diverted onto the Blackskull Road. A woman was taken to hospital following the collision.
Southbound traffic is being diverted through Dromore town. Police said her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

"The A1 remains closed and we would ask motorists to be patient as we carry out our investigations into the collision."
