Since October last year, he has been working three days a week and is now the main carer for their two children. The move has also allowed him to develop his passion for writing thrillers. Although he has had a small income from his writing, the family, from Sutton Coldfield, has had to make do with less income. It has not been easy, but Rob believes in the long term it will be worth it as his wife can dedicate herself to climbing the corporate career ladder.
