A murder investigation has been launched after the death of a man in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. A 21-year-old woman is being questioned on suspicion of murder after the death of a man in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire.
A woman has been arrested by Dyfed-Powys Police, who were called out in the early hours. Dyfed-Powys Police were called to a house in the Pantyffynon area in the early hours of Tuesday.
Officers said they attended an address in the Pantyffynnon area of the town. A 41-year-old man had sustained fatal injuries and the property has been cordoned off for forensic examination.
More follows later... Police said a Home Office pathologist had been appointed and the woman was being held at Carmarthen Police Station.
Neighbourhood police team officers are patrolling the area.
