A jury acquitted Jake Blakeley, 18, of Abbotts Road, Didcot, of preventing lawful burial of Jayden Parkinson, who had been killed by his brother Ben. The judge acquitted Jake Blakeley, 18, of Abbotts Road, Didcot, on the charge of preventing the lawful burial of Jayden Parkinson after the jury failed to reach a verdict.
The 22-year-old was sentenced to life in prison in July last year. Jayden was murdered by his brother Ben, 22, who is serving a life sentence.
