Joey, I mean actor Matt LeBlanc, revealed to Conan O’Brien that he used some rather fruity language to scold Princes William Harry at a polo match. Maybe they asked to share his food? Chat show host Jimmy Fallon helped make the wishes of millions of people come true when he got actor Chris Hemsworth, who plays superhero Thor in the Marvel movie series, to participate in what was essentially a wet T-shirt contest. The best bit, judging by the screams of the TV studio audience, starts at 3:50 into the video if you’re interested. This week’s cute animal offering features an incredibly happy dog, with a GoPro strapped on his back, as he races towards a Sicilian beach for a refreshing dip while a fellow canine skips bus fares in Seattle. Eclipse, the black labrador, rides the city’s buses to go from her home to her favourite dog park, much to the joy and amusement of fellow passengers and the bus company. She doesn’t have to pay fares and always gets a window seat. Could do with learning that trick. Sir Patrick Stewart lends Jimmy Kimmel a hand in demonstrating how the most annoying passengers travel on airplanes, with the seat climber who is trying to get to the loo, the scene where personal space is most definitely invaded. Comedy double act Tina Fey and Amy Poehler took another turn as award show comperes at this week’s Golden Globes with perhaps the best joke of the night coming at the expense of recently hitched silver fox George Clooney, around 5:00 into the video. The brain boxes over at the It’s Okay To Be Smart channel explain what makes you hold your nose on a sweaty tube and why you just can’t get enough of that Yankee candle you got for Christmas. Saving the most bad-ass for last, the new trailer for House of Cards series three is out and it looks more cold-hearted, power hungry and morally bankrupt than ever before, let the monologues begin. 1.
