Man and woman arrested after baby boy dies in Blackpool

Version 0 of 1. Police have arrested two people after a newborn baby boy died in Lancashire. A man, 33, and a woman, 30, have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and child neglect, Lancashire Police said. The pair have been bailed until June. The emergency services were called to a property on Rydal Avenue in Blackpool at around midday on Boxing Day. Rydal Avenue where emergency services found the baby boy on Boxing Day Paramedics then took the four-week old boy to Blackpool Victoria Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
