Many of the trophies are damaged. Thames Valley Police said many of the trophies, which were spotted by a member of the public, were damaged.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson told BBC Sport: "Some of the trophies were recovered from Horseshoe Lake near Sandhurst." The stolen trophies did not include the F1 championship and constructors prize, which were not at the factory.
They added: "We estimate about 20 trophies have been recovered, but we are liaising with Red Bull to establish the exact number as some of the trophies are damaged." Red Bull team principal Christian Horner said staff were "absolutely devastated" by the loss of trophies which had taken "years to accumulate".
The trophies taken do not include the F1 championship and constructors prizes, which were not at the factory, having been presented to Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes for winning the 2014 titles. Following Tuesday's discovery, Horner said: "The fact that some of the trophies were discarded in a lake and damaged shows how senseless this crime was.
Thames Valley Police have asked that anyone with any information about the burglary, or who finds a trophy or trophy parts near the area of Horseshoe Lake near Yateley to contact them on 101. "While the trophies mean an enormous amount to the team, their intrinsic value is low - and the extent of the damage that was caused to the factory by the offenders during the break-in was significant.
"Hopefully we can get the trophies back to our factory where they belong and get replicas made of those that we can't."
Det Con Chris Oakman said: "We estimate about 20 trophies have been recovered, but we are liaising with Red Bull to establish the exact number, as some of the trophies are damaged."
The trophies were recovered from Horseshoe Lake on Monday.
Thames Valley Police has asked that anyone with any information about the burglary or finds a trophy to come forward.
