Police are continuing to question a man who scaled a pub roof following the fatal assault of another man. Police and fire officers are examining the scene in Holyhead where one man died after an assault and another climbed on to a pub roof.
Police said the 24-year-old suspect was talked down by officers after the incident at Holyhead, Anglesey, on Friday. A 24-year-old suspect, who was talked down after spending several hours on the roof of the Holland Inn, is still being questioned by detectives.
Efforts were made to resuscitate the 46-year-old man who was attacked but he died at the scene. North Wales Police said they were called to a disturbance at nearby pub The Blossoms on Friday evening.

The alert led to much of the town centre being sealed off. On Saturday morning fire service officers could be seen on the series of roofs connecting the two licensed premises.
People have laid floral tributes to the dead man, who has not yet been named by police.
A post mortem examination is expected to be carried out later.
