Four charged over stabbing death

Four people have been charged with the murder of a 16-year-old boy from Leicester, police have confirmed.

Bradley Whitfield's body was found on Fosse Road South on New Year's Day. He had been stabbed in the neck, possibly with a glass bottle.

A 14-year-old boy, a 15-year-old girl, a 31-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man have all been charged with murder.

All four people are due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court on Friday 4 January.
